• Collaborative tour routing for international productions and shared resources such as a touring database of productions, international travel cost sharing in flights, visas, and freight. 
• Advocating for Federal/State/Municipal level funding necessary for the arts in public spaces to flourish
• Educating and fostering international reciprocal exchange of practice, including intensives abroad and in the US, and workshops with touring artists in the US in conjunction with the routed tours
• Serving as a forum for discussions and exchange between members
